Founding Spa Manager — New Hand & Stone LocationHand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa | Wesley Chapel/Weddington, NC$50,000–$60,000 Base Salary + Performance-Based BonusesWe're opening a brand-new Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Wesley Chapel/Weddington, and we're looking for an exceptional Spa Manager to help us build something special from the ground up. This is not simply a role managing an existing operation. As our Founding Spa Manager, you'll have the opportunity to help recruit the initial team, establish the culture, build our membership base, and set the standards that will shape our spa for years to come. We're looking for a driven, hands-on leader and business operator who loves developing people, understands sales, takes ownership of results, and knows that an exceptional guest experience and strong business performance go hand in hand.What You'll Own: Sales, Membership & Business PerformanceLead the team in achieving membership, service, retail, and revenue goalsCoach the front-desk team to improve membership conversions, upgrades, rebooking, and retentionBuild a strong membership culture focused on both acquisition and long-term member relationshipsDrive service-provider utilization through effective scheduling, rebooking, membership growth, and sales initiativesMonitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and create action plans to improve performanceTake ownership of key business results, including sales, labor management, revenue, and profitabilityRecruiting, Leadership & Team DevelopmentRecruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing teamEstablish a positive culture built around accountability, teamwork, growth, and exceptional serviceSet clear expectations and coach employees toward measurable goalsRecognize strong performance and address performance gaps promptly and professionallyCreate an environment where talented people want to stay, perform, and growGuest ExperienceSet the standard for an exceptional guest experienceBuild strong relationships with members and guestsResolve concerns professionally with a solutions-focused approachEnsure every interaction reflects Hand & Stone's commitment to wellness and outstanding serviceSpa OperationsOversee daily spa operations, staffing, scheduling, and company standardsOptimize staffing and schedules to support guest demand and business performanceMaintain a clean, professional, organized, and welcoming environmentEnsure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followedUse reporting and performance data to make informed business decisionsWho We're Looking ForOur ideal candidate is someone who wants to lead a business, not simply manage a schedule.
