Spa ManagerThe Four Seasons Resort L?na'i is looking for a Spa Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Work authorization required.What You'll DoThe Spa Manager oversees daily spa operations, team development, and guest service excellence while supporting financial performance, operational standards, and promotional initiatives to deliver an exceptional luxury wellness experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead and oversee all Spa operations, including guest services, fitness, treatment, salon, and wellness areas, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and a luxury guest experienceRecruit, train, coach, and develop Spa team members and leaders while fostering employee engagement, accountability, and adherence to company culture and service standardsManage departmental financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, labor management, purchasing, inventory control, retail operations, and revenue-driving initiativesMaintain a visible leadership presence, build strong guest relationships, coordinate group business and VIP experiences, and lead service recovery efforts to ensure guest satisfactionOversee Spa facilities, equipment, cleanliness, and product inventories in partnership with resort departments to ensure operational readiness and brand standards are consistently maintainedManage administrative and operational functions, including scheduling, payroll, reporting, compliance, and departmental communications, while ensuring efficient daily operationsDevelop and uphold Spa programs, policies, and operating standards that support exceptional guest experiences and alignment with brand objectivesWhat To BringSuccessful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States (unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at another Four Seasons location as they may qualify for a L-1 Visa sponsorship)The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
