Bring your passion for travel, service, and problem-solving to a role where you'll shape the travel experience, build meaningful client relationships, and make a difference every day.

At Acendas Travel, we're looking for a Corporate Travel Experience Manager to serve as the dedicated travel expert for one of our long-standing corporate clients in the greater Kansas City area. This is more than a travel booking role. You'll be a trusted advisor, problem solver, and key partner in helping employees travel safely, efficiently, and confidently around the globe.

Working onsite with the client, you'll collaborate directly with company leadership and travelers to deliver a seamless travel program while ensuring policy compliance, cost-effective solutions, and outstanding service. What You'll Be Doing

As the face of the travel program, you'll help create a best-in-class travel experience for employees while serving as a trusted resource for both travelers and leadership.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing domestic and international travel arrangements, including air, hotel, and ground transportation.
  • Partnering with travelers to understand their needs and recommend travel solutions that balance convenience, policy compliance, and cost effectiveness.
  • Creating detailed itineraries and ensuring travelers have everything they need before they depart.
  • Advising travelers on passport, visa, and international travel requirements.
  • Maintaining traveler profiles and travel preferences within Concur.
  • Collaborating with client leadership to support travel program goals and enhance the overall traveler experience.
  • Promoting and supporting adherence to company travel policies.
  • Assisting with travel-related projects and initiatives that improve processes and service delivery.
  • Serving as the go-to resource for travel questions, challenges, and last-minute changes.

What Makes You Successful

You genuinely enjoy helping people and know how to turn every client interaction into a positive experience.

You bring:

  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong corporate travel industry knowledge and confidence using travel technology platforms.
  • The ability to build relationships with everyone from frequent travelers to senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable presence.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound judgment, resourcefulness, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in an ever-changing travel landscape.
  • A self-motivated work style while also being a collaborative team member.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred.
  • Three or more years of recent corporate travel experience in a travel advisor, travel consultant, or similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency with corporate travel technology platforms: familiarity with Sabre and Concur preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work onsite at the client's location five days per week.

Why You'll Love This Opportunity

This is a unique chance to become an integral part of a client's business while remaining a valued member of the Acendas Travel team. You'll work in a positive, professional office environment where your expertise is trusted, your relationships matter, and your contributions directly shape the traveler experience.
